It's been a while since we swapped Altered File Folders. I'm thinking this time we could create an altered file folder that opens up similar to a greeting card with cards, flaps, pockets where a farmgirl could journal a few notes, tuck away a few keepsake photos, or love letters or use as a keepsake for a special vacation or occasion. Please embellish with pretties, lace, ribbons, fabric, paperclips, or anything else that catches your fancy!
This altered file folder could stand alone as a keepsake or be enclosed into a larger photo album or scrap book.
I've attached a few pictures below I found from pinterest as inspiration.

Marilou, Oh my goodness, I luv my Altered File Folder. I wish I would have ask you to take a pic to post.
It is so pretty. I love the girl on the front with the camera , all the paper, flowers, picture frames, envelopes and also the layers of cute stickers. Thank you my sweet friend for such a lovely gift. I luv it.

It did remind me of letters we sent in high school but I found it gives it a personnal touch. I will use it to keep my correspondence from this amazing group!

I received my beautiful folder from April today! So beautiful! The pictures don't render it justice!

Thanks Marlee! Actually, I was doing it with the help(that's a big word!)of my oldest -5 years-. Everything was going fine until I look away for a bit and he decided it needed more colors... He spilled all is neon paint on and in it... It never came off entirely, sigh. He was so pleased with himself that it was hard to stay mad. An artist in the making! *chuckle*
So, I have being doing another one. Went in the mail this past week-end.
Again, I'm really sorry about the lateness and thanks for for patience.
