This is day two here in the Great North Woods.

I took the picture of my picket fence out front early this morning and right now the snow has completely 'topped' the pickets. Wind howling off the bay and it still has not stopped----25 inches and up. A snow plow actually skidded and slammed against our street gutter out front and got stuck. We are breaking historic records in my neck of the woods.

Where, OH where is SPRING?

We had a light dusting Sunday night, nothing to excited. I feel bad for our northern Midwestern farmgirls though! They have had snow since last Thanksgiving and are still getting it. Beautiful, but I'm sure they are more than fed up looking like a Christmas card for so long!

Here in Minneapolis we received just under 15" of snow in two days. We are digging out now.

How crazy Melody! That is a ton of snow. We haven't had snow like that in years. That would have been lovely at winter time. I hope spring finds you guys soon.

Our little city shut down due to the drifting snow---Eerily quiet with NO traffic. The plows have just started out again and it is not nearly as windy as it has been for two solid days. Here is a snap of one of our beautiful streets directly facing the bay.

Waist high to my husband---I think we've rounded the corner on this epic blizzard. Now, we can look back and say we survived the blizzard of 2018!

This Looks so depressing. I feel sorry for you having to endure this. It is kind of beautiful in a way, but way too late in the year to be enjoyable. Hang in there---spring has to arrive sooner or later.
