Posted - Dec 07 2018 : 11:11:55 AM I love old wood bowls. I have several and use them all over the house. Some are from the 1800's. They were either passed down to me or from estate or garage sales. The ones in this picture are on the kitchen counter. The Santa is just out for the Holiday, he's a cookie jar. Cold and snow here, miss playing outside with my plants, but love being in with my books. Hard to be bored with Richard, a crazy kitty, grown kids and Grandkids, always something going on. Ok maybe I don't miss my plants so much.

Posted - Dec 09 2018 : 5:35:31 PM The bowls are beautiful. My husband turns wooden bowls and has made several for me. I love them. They each have their own character.

Posted - Dec 07 2018 : 11:36:49 AM I have an old wooden tray I found in the bottom of a bird cage placed out by the trash. I am considering decoupaging it with egg shells.

Posted - Dec 07 2018 : 11:19:33 AM I was Blessed to get two from Debbie Fischer a few years ago. We don't see them around here and if we can find them at Antique Stores they want so much money for them it is crazy! I love mine that Deb gave me and I too use mine all the time.
