Last year we started a new tradition by having a swap exchange so that our Farmboys could get their own Farmgirl Box of fun. We were laughing that whenever we do a swap and a box comes in the mail, our Farmboys hang around and want to know what is in it?? Of course we all know that their interest is a "polite ruse" to find out if there is chocolate inside!! LOL!!!
So, the way we do this swap is that if you wish to participate, sign up. Then when I post your partner, email that person to find out what their Farmboy's name is and what he would love to find in his own Farmgirl Mail box.
Last year , all of our Farmboys were sort of confused when the box came. At first they assumed it was for us, but when we told them to read the label, they were so surprised!!! It was fun and everyone had a good time doing the surprise.
Father's Day is June 16 which is our target arrival date for your gift. I will post partners June 3 and please mail no later than June 11 so you can make sure it arrives on time.

I found the camo thing (brain can't think of what it is called) in JT's office, out of the package and spread out in there. LOL! I think he must be getting it ready because I noticed he had a few of his other hunting things out with it as well.  You know how it is? You get something new so you have to get out all the things then. This swap is always so much fun. Then Navy coin was interesting. I've never seen those before. I don't think he had either.

How fun this swap always is for our farm boys. I had a very busy June, with a trip to Arizona to help my mom so didn't sign my farm boy up, But I will definitely be signing him up next year.
A little rain can straighten a flower stem. A little love can change a life.

Debbie, so glad Tom enjoyed his package.
I'm sorry I didn't get a picture but Jim had he packages open and opened the goodies before I ever saw the second one.
Lol. He said to thank you for everything. He is an avid reader and said as soon as he's finished with his present book the one you sent us next. Of course, he loved all the goodies. And thank you for the extra little package for me. Unnecessary but totally appreciated. Cracker Jacks are one of my favorites! Thank you so much for a great swap and for making my farm boy feel special!

Denise, we picked up Tom’s Farmboy Package this morning from the mail box. He loved everything, the veteran coffee cup, so special and the socks really cute.
Both of us can not wait to read the book, the same author wrote Killer Angels which was about the Civil War and was a fabulous book, so his book on WWII should be just as good. Of course he was real happy with the dark chocolate Reese’s Cups as we can not find them here. And who does not like M & M candies!

Nathan's farmboy mail arrived today to. He was very happy just like Warren. There is only one cookie left! He may have had some help with the Taffy though - the cherry was delicious!!! The tool, hankie, and gloves will be used for sure. This was a great swap. And Debbie I agree - our farmboys definitely make us whole. Nathan and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary last month so we've got a while before we catch up to you :)

Warren certainly does look happy, I just love the look on his face.
I too enjoy remembering our Farmboy in this way and surprising them.
I believe our farm boys make us whole. I have been with my Farmboy for almost 45 years and I treasure each and every year. And look forward to many, many more years together.

When I walked in the door this afternoon from having lunch with our Farmgirl Rebecca(becca lou), My Farmboy had just opened his box and had a huge cheshire grin on his face!! LOL!! Thank-you Heather for so many goodies and Warren was excited!! Of course he broke into the Marie's Chocolates, YUM!!, and then opened oner of the Reese's bags. I am sure there might just be some popcorn tonight when we watch TV too!! Hehehe, he says to me, " You can have ONE, as he shares the PACKAGE OF Reeses!! LOL!! Of course he was teasing, but it was funny. Nothing like a Farmboy opening up a Farmboy box filled with his favorites and addressed to him!! I love this swap because guys are never thinking or remembering that June brings Farmboy Day too.
Thanks again, Heather for your very sweet note and for making this Florida Farmboy so happy to have a box handed to him from USPS with HIS NAME on it!! LOL!!!

My last little package for Jim went out this morning Denise. The little gifts are for him to relax in the hammock or favorite chair and just chill.
Oh I just love this swap and I had so much fun finding just the right gifts for Jim who is a Navy Veteran. Thank you Jim for your service.

Winnie - Warrens package is scheduled to arrive Thursday. I hope it's not a melted mess by the time it gets there. Didn't think about the temperature increase on the way to FL until I was on my way home!
