Sorting out a drawer this morning of little hand mades and thought I really should put them where they can be seen. Sometimes that wood bowl has fruit, sometimes candy, so I change it out when I get a bee in my bonnet. That pretty antique dish I got at the thrift this week for .50 cents. Its made in Germany, thought it was pretty.
Been a mild winter so far, but looks like that might be changing in a day or two. So will go out in the morning and pick up a few extra groceries.

I love your bowls. The China one is a steal for that price.

Every vignette you photograph should be in a magazine! I love all the items in this photo. Beautiful!

Keep shining!

Love your bowl of handmades this morning!! Your 50 cent find is also lovely. It would make a perfect dish for sides at the Thanksgiving or Christmas table. It is fun to put together a gathering on a table or counter to enjoy a new little vignette to look at. Part of a home is in the mail small details that grab imagination and bring on memories. Thanks for sharing!

I do seem to have pretty good luck at the thrift store. I love hearing about what you girls have. Wish I could see pictures. It seems we all like a lot of the same things. Snow here all day today, don't plan on going anywhere, I went yesterday and got lots of groceries. As always girls I really appreciate your comments and hearing about you.

Isn't it fun rediscovering things we have tucked away? Funny I was just doing that over the weekend. I would find something I hadn't seen in awhile and it was much fun.Put some things I had out away and then put out my new "finds". I see you live in New York too. We are expecting some snow and wind and icy road conditions here. I will be in the house cozy and warm! Nice weekend for a cozy fire in the wood stove.

You always do such pretty displays. I love the dish. I use pink in my dining room and I have several old dishes---but I have never found one for fifty cents, You always find such pretty things.

That's a beautiful dish. 50 cents? You paid to much! LoL! I have several wooden bowls also. The contents vary. Itty, bitty books and dolls, lace gloves and baby shoes might be found in them. Of course the dolls are reading the books! Keep the pictures coming, I love them.
