I can't remember where I got this old box, probably a garage sale. I have had it for a long time.
Hot here, as it is just about everywhere. But we had a lot of rain which was needed a few days ago so everything is green and growing.
Been reading a lot,I get up really early so do all my housework and even get things ready for supper.Richard is a morning person too.
Off to pick up my oldest daughter and get a few groceries. Oh, my aunt Glenda is 105 today. She is amazing.

NancyJo,
You find such neat treasures. Old things are the best aren't they. That box is in such great condition.

Inquiring minds want to know, so I googled it. here is what I found:

"noun
a spinning process in which woolen yarn is twisted and wound onto a revolving bobbin located within a stationary cap, much used in the Bradford spinning process."

You people that spin probably already know that.

I would love to know what a cap spinning bobbin is. Congratulations and love to your Aunt Glenda. Enjoy her while you can.
