Our Farmgirl Apple Festival, that begins on the 1st of September, is coming soon and that means it is time for our annual Apple Swap! Sign ups will be from August 21 to September 1. Partners will be chosen and posted on September 2. If you love apples, this swap is a fun way to share with others some good old fashioned apple fun. The only requirement is to include one of your favorite apple recipes. You can then include whatever else you wish. Please be mindful and keep your swap small as postage has gone way up when you ship heavy or large boxes. We just want to have fun and share apple goodness with our partner.

Here are the partners for our Annual Apple Swap. WE have an odd number so we will do the assignments Round Robin Style. For those who are new to this concept , here is how it works. You see the list below of names of people who signed up. The first on the list sends her swap to the second on the list, the second sends to the third all the way down to the last name who sends their swap to the first name at the beginning of the list. This way everyone has a partner and receives a swap. If you have any questions at all , please send me an email and I can help you. Just remember the person requesting your address is the only person you need to send it too. You will be asking for the mailing address of the person below your name.

Julie, thank you for the wonderful Apple package. I love the apple cookbook, wax melts, napkins, Apple sign and beautiful Table runner! I will post a picture tomorrow. Mix up in our mail! We get our mail at a cluster box. We get everybody's mail and they ours at times! Yikes!
Our apple trees always end up being the candy for the deer! Peach tree was filled with ants and hubby cut it down today!

I'm so glad you got your gift Connie.
I got my gift today in the mail - thank you very very much!! It's been a long time since I did a swap - and my did I ever get SPOILED!! I got delicious werthers (caramel apple of course!)Applewood Marinade Mix (can't wait to try that!!), A fall Craft - a paper chain. (I can't wait to do this with my daughter!). Cinnamon Apple Tea (will go in my music studio so I can enjoy it there!) two beautiful pieces of fabric (the brain is working on a craft) and some amazingly soft socks. So thankful for all you gave Connie - you truly went above and beyond. I also received the card in the mail today as well. It's up on hoosier on display :) Thanks so much for spoiling me and brightening not only day, but my week!

Marlene, I wanted to clarify here that the contents of my package you just posted was for winning the apple giveaway and not for the apple swap. Beccalou sent you your sweet Apple swap goodies. It has been confusing with so many Apple links about this or that activity this year. LOL!! I am delighted that you enjoyed the Apple giveaway winner package. It has been an Apple Abundance year for you this September! One can never have too many apples!!
