Hannah, I hope that you like it! I got your recipes yesterday, right after I had been to the grocery store. I had just bought tortillas and some things to make enchiladas, not knowing yet what kind I would end up making. And then I get your pumpkin enchilada recipe and I thought, Now I know! I can't wait to try them and the pumpkin chili...both sound delicious! Thank you also for the tea...2 of my favorites!

Vanessa - thank you so much for the recipes and the seeds. I love spaghetti squash! The pumpkin bread sounds delicious. So do the pumpkin apple muffins. I think you should try making a pumpkin roll. I did one last year and it was not nearly as hard as I expected it to be. I think you'll be surprised if you try it too. It sounds like KY and OH have the same weather. It's beautiful here too. If my camera hadn't broke I would be posting lots of pictures!! I hope you get some snow for Mia for Christmas. Our cows are getting their fuzzy coats so I think winter will be much different than last year. Thanks again for a great swap!

It is a nice brisk day in Ohio today, I am going to make some pumpkin stuff today for lunch/dinner. This fall is "turning " out beautiful.
