Hey ladies! I am recently new to needing to eat low carb meals. I have searched Pinterest for meals that I have been eating for a little over a month now. But I want to see if any of you ladies have some yummy low carb meals. It would be even better if they are crockpot of instant pot meals. It seems like Pinterest has the same meals repeated and I’m hoping for something new so I don’t get board with my meals. Please share what you have! Thank you!

Krista,
I know that squash is generally allowed on keto, and last week I made the best dish.
I spiralized butternut squash into noodles, sauteed some olive oil and garlic, tossed the noodles in that for a few minutes. Added some toasted walnuts, parmesan cheese and parsley. SOO tasty, and like pasta without the gluten!

I feel the same way. Some I absolutely love and others are not that great. On Monday we had a loaded cauliflower casserole and it was so yummy. One of the best ones yet that we have tried. My husband won’t eat any veggies or fruits so I have to save these ones for when he’s out of town. I also made a crust less chicken pot pie last night and it was pretty good too. My husband’s favorite low carb meal is chicken Parmesan. I have made that one about 3 times now. I also made a ham and broccoli soup this week. I wasn’t a big fan the night I made it but when I had it for lunch the next day it tasted much better. Do you have any you and your family enjoy?

How are you doing with the low carb meals Krista? Have you found some recipes that you (and the family) are enjoying? I keep trying new recipes, but it seems to be hit and miss.

Here is another link.

https://www.skinnytaste.com/

If you look at the upper right corner you will find a button "LC" and it will sort just the low carb recipes. I use skinnytaste recipes all the time and haven't found one yet that wasn't YUMMY
