Good day ladies!! Ahhh, February!! The month of love!! Inspired by Jean P.'s scrap happy swap post and all the beautiful, fun love stories that were shared , how about sharing your favorite nickname for your sweetheart by creating an ATC in honor of your special someone! Be it your spouse, mate, child, dog, cat, whomever. :D However you wish to create, with watercolors, mixed media, paper art, create a beautiful ATC of love!

PLEASE, PLEASE, ladies, let your partner know that you've received your swap from them. The mail system has NOT BEEN GOOD of late! My hubs sent me a Valentines day card in the middle of January from Afghanistan and its still not here. I sent him 2 at the same time only one arrived, Darlene, my scrap swap partner was sent her box 3 weeks ago, still no box.
Niki, Connie is not sure you got yours from January's ATC swap. So please be courteous and post that you've received your swap so that if you haven't it can be redone. Also do not ghost your partner or there won't be a second time. Thanks so so much y'all! Happy Valentines day! Pray you are blessed in every way!

Remember the guidelines:
Artist trading cards (ATCs) are miniature pieces of art that are traded around the world. Artists create, trade and collect art at organized "swap" events, either in person or online. The only official rule for ATCs is the size: 2.5" x 3.5". Artist Trading Cards are the same format as modern trading cards (hockey cards or baseball cards). Alternately you may choose to use a round ATC Coin of 2.5" diameter. They are self-made unique works or small series, signed and dated on the reverse by the artist/producer, exchanged and collected by the people who participate in the collaborative performance.
Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) are a conceptual art project initiated by the Swiss artist M. Vanci Stirnemann. He called it a Collaborative Cultural Performance. In 1997 he created 1200 cards by hand as part of an exhibit. On the last day, he invited others to create their own cards and trade with him during the closing reception. The movement took off, and today, there are ATC swaps in almost every major city around the world!
You can make ATCs with many different media including paper, fabric, felt, metal, wood, clay, paint, stamps, embellishments and more. There are tons of ideas and inspiration available online if you google ATC or Artist Trading Cards.

I received my February '21 ATC from Becky today. Thank you for the ATC and card. They are beautiful!
Becky, when I got the envelope, I thought it was something returned to me as my husband & I have that mailing label. Of course, once I paid more attention to what it said, I realized you have the same mailing label we do....lol. Thanks, again!

I know I was getting worried too, things have been moving so slow and mail not delivered if your PO Box isn't on the envelope. They send it back.

I love it so!!! ( Irish heritage on my dads side!!) I can't wait to sit and sip while I re-read your letter and I'll respond this weekend!
