OK,, we have the "Trailer Trash Parking" garage ready to go!
got it done, painted and one trailer in...

Suppose to rain tomorrow, so I will have to wait till mid week to put the Serro Scotty in.
In the mean time, got the solar sconces painted and the flamingos are ready to setup.
I put the motel chair and a mini table in there... so I can pop in during Winter and pretend it's Glamping season...

Winnie,, I am thinking a long, very long extension cord and a 'electric heating blanket' would keep me snuggly in my bed with a good magazine :>)

Grace, if I had trailers stored like that inside I would be tempted to go out there and snuggle in with a book all day! I know it's cold for that in the winter though.

This storage barn looks ideal for your Glamper Girls to winter over in! You are lucky to have this nice land to use for multiple purposes too. I can't imagine preparing for Winter! We are having our first cooler days with nights in mid to upper 50s and days about 80. That sounds like Summer to many of you , but until this front came through this past Saturday, we had day temps up to 90 and it was humid.

We use to store them in the Barn but now that we have the Tractore and several implements...so we had to figure out a different place to store the Trailers..
Hubby attached another Sconce to the center support beam... so at night we can see everything out front...
Oh and BTW,, the quail and Dove are having a field day in there...
I bought a piece of carpet remnant to put down in front/between the trailers to keep the dirt out.. The front will be closed up by the end of this week if all goes according to plan.

Looking great Grace. You 2 sure have been busy. I bet your trailers are happy to be out of the weather for the winter. We spent yesterday winterizing ours. All we have left is to put the cover on top. We are waiting for a day when our wind isn’t insane lol! I’m sad to be putting it away but next summer will be here before we know it.

What a nice place to store them. Sad that you have to worry about theft but a great way to keep them safe!

Well,,, the Girls are parked away for the winter.. with room for me to come visit and tinker when I need my trailer fix!

we will close up the front,, but that is next weekends project.

even the flamingos are hanging out in the trailer garage...

Hubby and I scored a 5" x 8' new carpet remnant, which I will put down between the 2 trailers so I won't be dragging in dirt into the trailers... also scored 2 more bird houses for deco and another wall sconce which will be repurposed into a solar light on the other post (on right side)..
I hate that Glamping season is over, up here in the Inland NW...

Yes vtg trailer theft is way to common...
I have winterized the trailers so no more camping in them until next summer...hopefully Covid will be a thing of the past and I can meet up with my gal-pals and hit the trails...
We also just had the Motor Home winterized and it is in the big barn..
I hate having to winterize the Motor Home and trailers but if we don't the pipes could freeze and burst,,

Nice looking storage. I’m sorry to hear about the theft of vintage trailers. I don’t blame you for doing all that you can to protect your trailers, just sad you even have to. Have fun this winter hanging out with your trailers.

That new shelter looks really nice and perfect way to protect your campers and allow you to get in there and even sit outside one of them for fun and a change of pace. Maybe next summer you can take them out for a spin for a weekend!

Oh and incase you are wondering why there are two 4'(& 3' in the ground) tall telephone poles in front of the Aristocrat,, it's to prevent anyone from trying to steal the trailer.
We have to use the tractor to pull out the logs.
Sadly, theft of vintage trailers seems to be all to common.
