Posted - Mar 01 2022 : 10:50:18 AM Surprise!! Look what decided to sprout,,, these are what are left from my Fall harvest.. garlic.. should I process them for use or let them continue and soon as it's safe, plant them? Either way, it was a pleasant surprise. .

Posted - Mar 01 2022 : 11:19:14 AM Grace, I would use them for seed stock and plant them when it's time. They are okay to cook but may have lost some of their nurtients.
