Surprise!!
Look what decided to sprout,,, these are what are left from my Fall harvest..
garlic.. should I process them for use or let them continue and soon as it's safe, plant them?
Either way, it was a pleasant surprise.

I planted some that sprouted last year around April or May. They grew and did as well as the October planted ones. Good luck.

I have no experience with this - but I would want to plant them and see what happens!

Grace, I would use them for seed stock and plant them when it's time. They are okay to cook but may have lost some of their nurtients.
