I just inherited 8 individual mini bundt pans from my mom and I’m super excited to try them out. I have only used normal sized bundt pans, so I don’t have any recipes specifically to mini ones. I am looking for some amazing mini bundt pan recipes. Please share any that you absolutely love and share all your tricks with me.

I made the mistake of trying monkey bread in them. May have not been so bad if I had made monkey bread in general before to know what to expect. Needless to say it was a big mess lol! So any help is appreciated.

Karen, where does the lemon come in? Thank you for sharing. I think I’ll try it next week!

I ha e the mini bundle pans from pampered chef. You can pretty much use any cake recipe, just don't fill the pans to the very top. Do them about 2/3 full like you would cupcake pans.

Hi Krista! I’m so sorry that it took forever to get you this recipe. I have been struggling to find my brain since we returned from vacation. I’m still in denial that we had to come home! Lol

Here’s the recipe:
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
1 cup hot water

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. You can use 2 loaf pans or one Bundt pan!

Enjoy!

Karen, I would love that recipe! I will try it in a big bundt pan first.

Thank you Theresa.

Wanda, thanks for the idea. That sounds so cute. Now I need to go search and find one.

Sara, I like the mini meatloaf idea. Would be a fun way to give each person their own plate of meatloaf. I will try that one.

I had the Pampered Chelf mini bundt pan that I made mini fruit cakes in. Just last week I gave it to my sister because I hadn't used it in years. She said she will use it to make mini meat loaves as well as cakes.

Krista, with Fall coming up I have seen on Pinterest where they put two together (bottoms stuck together with icing) then orange frosting over all to look like pumpkins.

Karen, I agree with just adjusting the baking time. I make mini pies and bread and find that if I just watch the baking time and it works great

Krista, you may find some recipes for the mini pans by doing a search for mini Bundt pans and then putting Pampered Chef in the search too. They used to sell a pan that had 6 or 8 mini pans in one. Sorry I can’t help you more…I have a lemon poppy seed recipe for a Bundt pan. I’ll share tomorrow. I think you would just need to adjust the baking time. :)
