Good afternoon, lovely sisters! With Twelfth Night looming, I was wondering if anyone else still celebrated the full 12 Days of Christmas and if so, what are some of your traditions? My husband and I exchange small gifts throughout with bigger gifts on Christmas and Twelfth Night. We also burn a piece of last year's tree on those nights. Traditional Christmas treats are enjoyed throughout and revelry abounds. Then on Twelfth Night, we drink wassail and nibble finger foods while taking all of the decorations down. It seems like everything slows way down after Christmas proper and the days after seem so much less hectic and we enjoy the season more. I would love to know if anyone else does anything similar.

Hi Hannah, we have never celebrated the Twelfth Night, but I love your tradition, and, it would seem that one could enjoy so much more of the season by taking it slow as you have described. Sounds absolutely lovely. Wishing you love and blessings for the new year.
