I like calling my UFOs PhD (Projects Half Done) because when I tell someone I am working on my PhD it sounds more important. I have so many PhD and I'm always finding (starting?) more. Most of my projects are fabric related - that is my media of choice.

Post a list and when you finish a project you can add the date and post a picture. We all like to admire the talents of our farmgirl sisters and encourage others to complete their projects.

How many projects can you finish each month? Let's try for 2 a month. Maybe you can do more?

Even though I have now made it a Christmas present, I finished my last UFO for this year! It's a cow for my baby boy.

I will have to look at my list and remake it for the remaining UFOs for next year. Hopefully next year is the year I finally finish them all!

Thank you Heather. Once I got the thread and beads, it was fun to make.

Thank you all for the sweet comments! It helps keep me going lol! We have some super cold weather coming in tonight, so I finished clearing everything out of the garden. Now that all the outside work is all done, I have more time for crafting!

Oh Krista, Love your door hanger!!!! So cute!

Thank you Michele and Krista. I am a little slow with embroidery, but it is coming along. Had to put on hold yesterday as my DH decided we needed to take a drive to see the changing of the trees around here. By the time we got home, I was way to tired to work on anything. Was really glad we had leftovers for dinner LOL

Oh Theresa, I know exactly how you feel and I swear it always happens when I am so ambitious to get it done lol. And then by the time I get my supplies my ambition is gone. I look forward to seeing what you make.

Krista, as much as I would love to make it back to Utah, I don't think it will be possible. Over the last 3 years I have had a series of unfortunate events. My mind says YES, my body says OH THIS SHOULD BE FUN!!!!! But should that change before I leave this earth, I will most definitely head that direction and will let you know.

Thank you Grace and Karen. It was a challenge but well worth it.

Karen, you nailed it. It is hard to work on something else when your mindset is to work on a certain project. I did get to the store this morning and am happily working on my little project.

Linda, Glad to know I am not the only one. And yes that happens to me with border and backing fabric also.

I’m sorry, Theresa. It’s so frustrating to try and finish up a project just to discover you don’t have what you need to finish. Half my battle is mindset, so when I get it in my mind to finish, that’s what I wanna do! :) lol

I hope there are some of you here that can feel my pain!!!! So I decided to work on an ornament, you know, one more project done... As my husband always says, craft stores would be in envy of my sewing room. Anyway, for this project I need 1 skein of light grey, 1 skein of med grey and 1 skein of dark grey floss. I have about 70 skeins of floss... but in all of that not one, NOT ONE, skein of the colors I need. I have a ton of beads (all sizes). I need about 25 or 30 clear or white seed beads.... I have copper, blue, green, purple and some black... but not one group of what I need to finish this project.... ARGGGG. Guess there will be a trip to the craft store tomorrow.

Rant over, hope there are some out there that can understand my pain.
