1 box Yellow Cake Mix, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup Pineapple Juice, no fruit, just juice. 3/4 cup cooking oil.
Mix till well blended. Pour into a greased Bundt Pan.
Bake 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.My oven took 28 Minutes.
Remove when done, leave in pan, set aside while you mix glaze.
Glaze, 4 Tablespoons Butter, 3/4 cup Pineapple Juice, 2 cups powdered sugar. Add to small saucepan, cook over medium heat just until butter melts stirring often.
Poke a good amount of holes in cake.
Pour entire pan over cake while still in the Bundt Pan. Let it sit 20 minutes. Then turn out onto plate.
The more days that go by the moister it gets. It's not super sweet!

Dawn and Debbie, it's hard to resist! My granddaughter wouldn't eat any the first time I made it, the second time, I sent some home with her and her dad and she loved it!
It couldn't be any easier!!

Great summer dessert!

The start of January brings a big list of to-do's. Why not just focus on one and go from there?
