Go figure, two lovely warm days in a row, and today we even have sunshine… Everything was going wonderful, until hubby turned on the irrigation lines… Yep! Gopher damage! Not only did they chew through one line, but they managed to get two other locations! These waterlines are 3 feet in the ground. You would think the gophers would sleep during the winter instead of spending their waking hours chewing on the waterlines. Oh well, such as life on the farm! Ha ha!

Grace, hopefully you haven't found any new spots. And I bet your hubby loved his dinner reward. Sounds yummy.

Ugh the gophers are driving me crazy! Stole two herbs and a pepper plant. My dog is digging canyons to try and get them but she hasn’t nabbed one in a year of trying!

That is so maddening, Grace!! We have moles in our yard and they tunnel up sections of it that you have to be careful to walk in because the soil is all churned up.

Oh no Grace. That is a bummer. Hopefully it isn't too much work to get them fixed.

Ah yes! Never a dull moment on a farm! City folks have to pay for “entertainment”, but not us!!!

When asked “How are you?”, I reply, “Better than good!”
