It had quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onion, red pepper, fresh peas and beans from the garden. The dressing was olive oil, lemon juice, and chili powder. The flavour was fabulous. Served cold. I put it in the fridge for an hour before I ate it. I had a small bowl and was full all evening and didn't feel like snacking at all. Give it a try.
