Ok, so I can't take credit for this, as I spotted it on an other site,,,however, I put my own twist on it & had fun in the doing...
You will need:
1 pc tagboard(cardboard-like from a cereal box)
1 sheet 12x12 scrapbook paper(design to compliment pattern)
1 pattern vintage or ???
1 pc 1/4" ribbon or trim
2 cute button
access to a photocopier
Hole punch
glue
Decopage glue

I Photo copied(color) the front of one of my old (1955) vintage apron pattern, then cut it out. I glued it onto a piece of coordinating scrapbook paper which I cut 1" wider than the pattern cut out. * Glue scrapbook paper to tagboard first,
(tagboard/scrapbook paper/pattern copy)
Then I put a layer of decopage glue over the top of it to protect the picture. Last I punched a hole at the top left & right corners, ran some cute 1/4" ribbon through the holes and knotted the ribbon, Last I glued on a bottom on each ribbon knot.
It turned out quite cute...I'll post a picture later, but right now I have to go make another one for a friend who has a birthday next week.....

This sounds like a really cool way to make "vintage pics" for gifts or your home!
