This is going to be a lot of fun. I've pulled my pattern and fabric, and now that I have FREE TIME again, I can't wait to get out my rotary cutter and get sewing!

does the french press work similar to espresso machine? I think it is steamed milk with water forced thru fresh coffee. yum sounds good

With a french press you pour boiling water into the glass container over coffee grounds. You then wait a couple of minutes and press down the plunger. That keeps the ground at the bottom. Great for power outages and camping:)

hello sisters,
Does anyone have any pics of tea cozies that you would like to post here just to give us some ideas inspiration? I am going to make my own pattern and I like the ones that stay on the pot while you hold and pour the tea. I have seen very thick knitted patterns, some quilted and/or sewn and some that look just like a winter cap was plopped on top of the tea pot.
I'm going to go look to see what I can share. Does everyone have their patterns picked out yet?
I wrote to my partner and asked her what colors or theme she wants.

I think it is in an issue of Crochet Today, but I'm not sure which one - I may have to check out the 'brare.

Hope your wrist is doing better!

It's the current issue according to their website. No pattern online, so you either have to buy the magazine or get it from your local library. I think I'd make mine a CHOCOLATE cupcake!
