Ah, I am envious of writers! I've never quite got the hang of writing dialogue that flows properly.

I've always thought it would be fun to write a book with Fae and the like, but alas...my muse prefers yarn.

Also, the Spring Equinox/Ostara and Mayday/Beltane are fast approaching. Would anyone be interested in participating in some sort of group activity to celebrate? Beltane is one of my favorite holidays, I adore spring.

Kim, that's a great idea! I love my drop spindle! Given the kind of magic the shop owner does...hm.... *scribbles furious notes*

Also, count me in for Spring celebrations!

Happy Ostara, Spring Equinox, Eostre and any other spring holidays that I may be missing to all.

I see my path, but I don't know where it leads. Not knowing where I'm going is what inspires me to travel it.

Sorry I have not been too active lately, I have had alot of upheaval in my life lately. The biggest of which was breaking off a 14 year relationship 4 years of which we were engaged. On the bright side though I am 2 classes away from the end of my first year in Holistic Nutrition training. Just wanted to let you know that I hadn't forgotten my cyber friends and wanted to welcome all the newcomers.

Love the moment, and the energy of that moment will spread beyond all boundaries.

Wishing you all a beautiful and balanced Equinox!

What I have been pondering lately: when you give an Evangelical a gift, God gets all the credit!

Blessed be all beings of all bents,
Deborah

Blessed Ostara everyone! Hi, Jennifer and Christine!

I was wondering if anyone is interested in a a Witchy Round Robin? We can get to know each other and share spells, recipe's etc. I love snail mail! Or if anyone is interested in writing, send me a message. :)

Thanks guys! I'm having fun with the blog :) The chicks are doing well so far, I'm going to post about them more in the barnyard buddies section once I figure things out around here. (newbie alert).

So busy outside working on their coop and in the garden, so I counted that as my Ostara celebration. It's hard to do "proper" witchy things with a toddler! But we picked flowers and did an egg hunt. Working on my scrapbook BOS later.

Kim I'm interested in the Round Robin, how does it work?

OK, A Round Robin is a letter that starts with a list of people. One person starts off the letter and sends it to the next person on the list. The next person reads the letter, adds their bit and then sends it on to the next person on the list. The last person then sends it back to the first person. You can then start the process over again. Normally, the letters leaves your home within 2-3 weeks.

Here is an article on one that lasted 50 years: http://www.oberlin.edu/alummag/oamcurrent/oam_summer2001/roundrobin.html

I thought it would fun since we are a unique set of individuals in our "Witchy" aspect. I love to cook in regard to whatever Sabbat our group is celebrating. We could share rituals, recipes, what sorts of divinations we do, etc. The first letter is usually a "get to know you" sort. I have already had one of us express interest!
