Hello all! Im Mandy, wife of a soldier, mother of four young children, and farmgirl at heart! In my mind, Im living life on a green and beautiful organic farm, but in real life, we're living in Army housing in the middle of the desert! I just received my first Mary Jane's Farm magazine, and WOW!! I can't wait to "meet" other women who long for simpler times and love their homes!

Welcome from the High Desert of So. Cal., please tell your husband from my family, we said thank you for his service, my youngest son did 2 tours in Iraq, been home 18 months now. You will love it here on MJF, alot of great girls with alot of great ideas.

Hi Mandy! Glad you found us! (And there are a lot of "us's) My newest son-in-law is in the Army and is currently deployed to Iraq. Enjoy your "mind" farm...less upkeep and all dreams have to begin somewhere!
