Nice, Krista. What stitch is the HP square? I can't tell and I like it.

I have been making Kitchen Boas to sell - they are a dishtowel, cut in half, and then added to a tube of fabric that goes around your neck and let's you have a towel at your fingertips when you wear it in the kitchen, or wherever.
Here is how they are used/worn.

I sell them for $12 each or 2 for $20, plus postage if mailed.

My friend made me one of those dishtowels for my birthday. Great idea. I also love the ones that hang on the fridge door.

Grace, I love the picture frame. The sunflowers are cute, too.

Linda, the towel boas are such a wonderful idea.

Today I found some flags that were still in the package and pulled them off of the wood that they were on. I cut an upside down v in the bottom of the flag and aged them. On the v part that I cut out I traced a star in the middle of it so that I can embroider it. I am going to make a banner out of them. I think it will be pretty when it is done.

Linda, it's a corner to corner square and I used hdc instead of dc. I love making corner to corners. They are relaxing to me.
Those kitchen boas are so creative! I bet you will be able to sell them all!

I am almost ready to put the banner together with the flags that I aged and I finished embroidering the stars on the triangular pieces that I had cut out of each of the flags. They look great. I am really excited about getting back into crafting. What fun it is. I also tied the rags on a piece of jute string for the rag swag and knotted some of the pieces of torn cloth to give it a little bit of a different look. Now I will have to sew some buttons on the streamers to add a little something to it and it will be finished. I plan on getting some stuff made so that I can be in a craft fair.

Sherone, of course! They are just screenshots from my phone. Let me see if I can find the actual link again and I'll post it here. If not, I will email you the pictures!

Lori, you have been super busy! I'm getting excited to see it all completed!

I didn't work on anything over the weekend, but I will be starting on some crocheted water balloons. I have an order for 2 dozen of them. I'm excited to get working on them! They should be a quick work up.

Sherone, let me know how it goes!

Lori, so I use a thick blanket yarn and crochet it in the shape of a balloon. Then all you do is place it in water and it absorbs the water like a sponge and you throw them! So they are reusable and don't cause excess waste like normal popped balloons do! Let me snap a quick picture. I have 2 made but they aren't finished. I still need to sew in ends and wrap some yarn around the end to give it the cinched look.

Judith, your Bear's Paw quilt is gorgeous. Does the top and bottom border extend to the sides also. Finishes the quilt very well.

Thank you Betty and Krista -- The border is on all four sides. I was getting tireds of making sampler quilts so decided to make some one-block ones for a change.

I have just about finished all my water balloons. I will be finishing them tonight, so I can get them mailed out tomorrow. Then I think I will start on some Christmas presents. I want to finish them early.

Krista, I can't wait to see the water balloons when you get them done. What a great idea. I like the fact that they are reusable. I would never have thought of something like that.

Judith, the quilt is beautiful. I am going to take a quilting class at Sauder's Village. They teach a lot of different classes there.

Lori, I'm just sewing the ends in today. Then I will take a picture of all of them before I put them in the mail. So far I love how they turned out and want to make some for my own kids. Honestly I think they would be so fun to play with as adults lol!

When the temperature is in the triple digits there is no age limit for water balloons and running thru the sprinklers.
