Taking the new tear drop trailer on her maiden voyage. Going up to Fort McCoy near Tomah, WI for a week of turkey hunting and pan fishing. Packing everything today and leaving tomorrow. The weather report sounds like a mixed bag of 50-60's and scattered rain. I am so glad that my DD is here to take care of the animals and my seedlings. Wish me luck on my first turkey hunt!

Happy to be a "Raggedy Ann" in a Barbie World!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Good luck and have fun, Diane! I love that trailer. It looks pretty big. Does it have any windows?

Y'all should come on down here to Georgia. There are alot of big turkeys down here. I see them all the time.

Getting ready to leave. Going to do some dutch oven cooking on coals! Just wish it wasn't so gray outside. If there is Wi-fi I will be checking in here. Have a great Easter weekend sisters!

Hunting turkey is hard, especially when it is drizzling and 40 degrees! The tear drop's maiden voyage was fun, but cold. We don't have the side tent that we ordered yet due to it being back-ordered. We made our own side tent with a canopy and some tarps. Boy, did we need it! Sunday was nice but we couldn't hunt until Monday, so we scouted turkeys on Sunday. Monday came and we set up and called. A bunch of Tom's called back but never came in close enough. Spent the next couple of days doing the same thing to no avail. Did see hundreds of white tail deer and some porcupines. Had a lot of fun cooking over the coals with my dutch oven. All I can say is come on spring!
