OK back to reading and maybe cross stitch, give my WRIST a rest. Wanted to finish this before the really warm weather, pretty heavy to have on your lap while putting it together. All done now.
Pretty windy here today, but not complaining, I still have my house, terrible pictures we are seeing from the South.

Nancy, that is beautiful. Looks like it will keep someone really warm this winter. And yes, if you have a house you are very fortunate. After seeing what I saw today, I am very grateful as well.

And Jessie, yours is too. I want to make one but need to get my colors together first. Then I need to learn how! I can crochet but the squares I will have to look on youtube I guess.

Your afghan is lovely, as is the crocheted bedspread, so happy to see that it is being used and not kept for "good" for when does that time ever come--- good is every day when you can see and rejoice in the beauty for the smallest thing.

Nancy, its very pretty. The colors are wonderful!! The first thing I thought of when I saw it, is my lil ones gettin up first thing on these cool spring mornins. We have lots of afghans, but the color and pattern of yours made me want to make "spring colored" ones. Lol. Great job.

Jess, yours is lovely too. What a gift full of love to give to your sister!

The tears I shed then, watered the flowers I harvest now.

NAncy, the colors are beautiful. They look like Amish quilt colors. How long did it take you? Jess, love yours too! It will be perfect in the autumn....

O, a trouble's a ton or a trouble's an ounce,
Or a trouble is what you make it!
And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts,
But only--how did you take it?
