Ladies I planted two yellow squash and they are producing soooo well.

I make Calabacitas, squash patties and fried squash.

What are you favorite squash recipes?

We truly love any summer squash brushed with EVOO, sprinkle on a little salt and pepper and throw it on the grill!! I recently posted a recipe for a calabacitas casserole on my blog too that was REALLY good! :)
