Cold, wet and rainy. We had to go into Fort Worth today and Hubby's trusty rusty truck ain't got no heater. Brrr!

Nancy been there - done that - freezing rain and no heater. Ain't no fun.
40 here - feels like 36 - rain
Bright spot of my day was to have my groceries delivered this morning. What a blessing not to get out on a wet & cold day like today.

It is so windy today that after I hang the clothes on the line I can go back to the beginning and take them down!

Yep,, guess the weather peeps were telling the truth... here come the rain clouds!!
Today and tomorrow,,
on the plus side,, I don't have to water anything outside..
On the negative note..
can't pull my trailers out of the barn either!
What's a girl to do!?!?

Suppose to rain here too. So far I haven't had to water this year except when I planted something. Pretty soon though I'll be watering everyday so I'll enjoy the rain while it lasts. Gardens do so much better with the Lord's rain than city water.

It has been an interesting weather week here in the Chicago area. We had several inches of snow twice and then sunny 60's for the weekend. We actually are down on rain and hopefully we'll get some this week.

OK,, the weather peeps,, once again were toying with us.. Sat and Sun,, looked like it was going to rain,, and well Sun we actually go a few minutes of sprinkles.. and that was it..
Now the weather peeps say it will rain on Wed... I'll believe it when I see it!

Having a late Texas spring type day today - heat on in the morning and A/C on now. 81 with hi humidity - it's the hi humidity that is so hard to deal with.

So very hot today and tomorrow. 95 and 97 then plunging to 76. Then there will be wind and a thunderstorm. Looking forward to that because 95 is way too warm.

We are living under a severe storm warning for thunder and lightning and rain. We have 15-20 mph winds. They are also forecasting for the possibility of hail. That will wreak havoc with my garden. That and the fact that it is 86 degrees and mostly overcast. Humid too.

Betty, yep,, we are on alert,, 40-50mph winds, golf ball size hail..
We just broke down camp, put both trailers in the barn, then took down all patio furniture and lawn deco and tucked everything into the garage.. vehicles secured in the garage and our kitty is in..
we keep getting Alerts about every 15min... this is not the norm for Spokane.
As for my garden,, well if it does hail I will loose everything.. oh well.. gardens can be started over...

That warning was a bust for me. We hardly had any wind, no rain and no hail. But I do appreciate the warning just in case it did occur. I am just getting my garden in, Grace, and it is going to be so very late this year. Will probably get tomatoes and that is it.

Getting in the triple digits. Today is another one. Only 95 yesterday. Too hot to work in the garden, but lovely in the morning. Lots of hand watering.

Earlier Annie and I sat on the side porch and it was pleasant as long as there was a breeze but when it wasn't it got warm & muggy quickly. 78 so far this morning with humidity of 93 - a good day to stay in

89 at the moment with heat index of 103 - I watered by 6a.m. and sprayed weeds by 9 so I'm in for the day.
