I really need some. Would you be up for a barter? I am weeding the garden, and in a hurry before the 101° temps arrive, and my hands are hurting so bad. On top of that, I am milking goats. My knee is very sore too. I have a horrible time doing squats at the gym. Please, if you sell something or are willing to barter/trade, can you e-mail me?

Kristi,
You might try "naturemaiden" . . I think (not for sure) that she may have some goodies for that.

If you have a Cracker Barrel nearby, the gift shop sells Badger Balm and other all natural products from Watkin's. Hope this helps.

I have used plain vaseline before (when I worked in restaurants), but after reading & learning all about "petroleum jelly", I would not use it on anyone or anything! (Except for maybe outside lol). I now use coconut oil, as well as pure shea butter (doesn't seem as greasy as the coconut oil for me). I just saw a recipe for homemade vaseline here http://www.littlehouseliving.com/homemade-vaseline.html (I'm going to try it eventually lol) & there is a gardener's hand cream here http://www.growinghomeblog.com/2012/07/gardeners-hand-cream-recipe.html . Hope this helps you out some & you get some relief!

One of my greatest friends owns Wash your mouth out with soap company. She sells whipped shea butter http://washyourmouthoutsoap.com/balms.html I love her products to death, mostly because I sit in her kitchen and watch her make them.

Thanks, my hands are killing me. With garden weeding, flower beds and herb gardens ( on top of milking the goats)....I'm barely able to hold stuff.

I would suggest my Comfrey Calendula salve, Wood Violet Skin Repair and/or my Ponderosa Pine Salve. Everything I make is my own formulas, I harvest the plants in the wild or grow them (unsprayed) on my land, no petroleum ingredients, preservatives or synthetic scents or colors are ever used. Go to my website, click on the "store" jar on the upper left side of the screen and then to go to salves/creams. I'm certain I have something to help you.
