You can do a simple spritzer with any essential oil and some water in a squirt bottle. You can get as simple or complex as you like with making your own scents. Some people use water, alcohol, or enzyme sprays and essential oils.

If you are still looking for a recipe, 8oz distilled water, 1tbs witch hazel, and fragrant oil or essential oil. Just remember essential oils are strong, so start with 10 drops and go from there. Never spray in eyes!

Renee, I'm glad you asked the question about body sprays or perfumes.
Rebecca, the recipe you posted sounds wonderful and easy. I have all the ingredients on hand. Think I will try it. Love to find out new things from other MJF Girls Thanks for sharing.

Also, you can find hydrosol for whatever fragrance you like. Essential oil does not always dilute in water but the hydrosol is a by-product of distillation of the oil. It has the same properties and smells the same. I use lavender hydrosol for everything.
