Hello farmgirl sisters
Last year a friends mom knitted
everyone slippers, I loved them
and so did my DH we wore them all winter
and they were so warm and toasty
especially on cold feet in bed
so I thought wow this would be a great
gift for all my loved ones and friends so,
this year I knitted everyone
warm and cozy slippers, its was fun
and everyone really did love them.
I hunted for the thickest and softest wool
and each night made one pair...
Happy Feet... happy new year
Blessings Deborah

Awesome, Deborah! Knitted slippers were my favorite gift from my grandma and great aunt when I was little. My girlfriend's grandma knit up a whole bunch of them for her before she passed, and a couple of years ago she shared a pair with me. They were like treasure! I'm sure every single one of your loved ones were thrilled and will thoroughly enjoy your thoughtfulness and all the love and hard work you put into them! Kudos to you, sister!!! Hugs and Happy New Year to you, too! - Nini

I called hand made gifts, gifts from the heart. How lucky for you, and how awesome of you to do that for your family.
Wonderful!
