Hi, I would like to do a second swap and hopefully we will get more people. Since today is the 15th, I figured I would give everyone till the end of the month to sign up. Then we will have till the end of April to send out the dolls. If you have not seen these dolls before go to the first swap thread and you will see a few or google Tilda dolls and you will see soooo many. You can get the pattern off the web or take a book out at the library or if you want to buy a book you can go to amazon and there are some that are quite cheap. So, you do not have to spend any money except to mail it if you wish. If you want I will send you a pattern as well if you message me. Well, I think I have covered it all. Any questions, please feel free to ask.

Sign me up! I love this Doll! If your on Facebook, Tilda has several Facebook pages and a International Fan Club! They have great pictures of Tilda Dolls from all over the world! You can post pictures of your Tilda creations and exchange questions.

yes I have. I used them in different dolls but I only used them in their bottom to make them weighted and I used poly-fil for the rest of the doll. If you use them in the whole doll they fall to the bottom anyway but then the top of the doll has nothing. Does that make sence? Hope so...

I'll join in this time! Glad it is the end of April that they are due...Grandbabies are coming in two weeks...Finally they are moving back to the East coast from California...My son is in the Marines! Yeah....They are coming closer!!! Smiles

I have to come here and check every day because my Yahoo mail is terrible right now. I can't open anything or send anything and I am not sure what I am missing. So if anyone has emailed me and gotten no response that is why. If this keeps up I am going to go to a different mail.  I don't even want to think about all the stuff I will have to transfer.

Peggy, I have Gmail. I love it! I use to have yahoo and Aol and Hotmail. My god son is a computer Tech and he likes Gmail the best!

What Tilda books do you all have? I bought the Tilda's Fairyland book and I would like to get another. I kind of lean toward anything Christmas but the spring or summer ones look so cute. Any suggestions?

Okay I bought the Tilda summer book. I had a credit at Amazon for 5.11 and it was burning a hole in my pocket so I got the book for a dollar and change plus shipping! I love it when that happens :)

Can't join in at this time, but I sure hope you will do another Tilda Swap later on. Would like to do another one. Tildas are so cute and so are all the bunnies and bears and such that go along with her.

What fabric have you ladies been using for your Tilda body? Has anyone used the Waldorf doll fabric? The Tildas almost look as though they are some type of Linen or Weavers cloth. Either way I have muslin at this point but the next one I make I would like to try something more like the cloth Finnegar used. I wish we could get it here. Amazon had some fat quarter stacks and the prices were fairly frightening.
