Maddie, I received your Aug Mail Art yesterday and you did put a smile in my heart that I will keep. I have hung your art by my computer table to keep me smiling through the last hot days of summer.
The little handmade envelope with tea was an added surprise. I too make envelopes but never one that small. Now, I want to make one. I enjoyed your note on the pretty red apple.
I am not commuter savvy enough to post pictures to show what a talented woman you are. The mail art is beautiful and looks so good in my room.
Thanks Maddie for making me a one of a kind piece of art.

Mary Jo, so happy to hear it made it and you liked what I made. I had many fun hours getting it all together.
I had the postcard for over 30 years, and when I found it looking for something to use for the Mail Art I knew it was the one.
I make canning jar toppers out of everything from fabric to brown paper and fine screening material that can be cut with scissors. The topper will look good on pickles.
