Happy Halloween to you too! Looking at a blustery day here for the kids. I am hoping the rain/snow mix they are calling for in the afternoon doesn't materialize. We've had a gorgeous month up to today.

Trick or Treat safely!
Dawn in IL

I just took my son out to the bus stop and it is snowing like crazy! I hope it will be done for the day soon.

Happy Halloween Farmgirls!! Here is how I started my day. I received a pumpkin scone mix from Tammy in a fall swap we did so I took that dry mix, added 1/3 cup of my cooked pumpkin puree from my jack-o-lantern, added 1 egg, a handful of dried cranberries, and 1/3 cup sour cream, mixed it all together and baked it. Then I found this easy glaze on the internet. Take 1/2 cup confectioner sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and mix with maple syrup until you can drizzle it on the cooled scones. They turned out delicious with a cup of Pumpkin Coffee!!

Trick or Treat!!

Dawn....oh no it's sounds like a messy day might be going your way. Hope kids still have a good time despite it all. They usually have fun no matter what.
Winnie....yummy start to your day. I love your little pumpkin, just too cute.
Lori....wow snow! that's something I can not hardly ever have here in south Texas. Sounds nice enjoy it.
My day has been great. I homeschool my two youngest and we are having a day off with goodies throughout the day. We will relax and enjoy our day of fun.
