Hi one and all....On the first post telling about the swap are the dates for sign up and send out. When I think of a banner I think of the long triangle shaped flag. Then you can spell out the word JUBILEE on the flags. It would take at least 7 of the triangles to spell out the word JUBILEE. Then you would attach each flag onto a jute or rope line. Google banners from Pinterest and see all the wonderful ones on there. Hope this helps.
