Look what arrived in the mail... from my dear neighbor,,, back in Spokane... we lived across the road from each other... I miss her dearly...
she knows I luv my kitties and pearl necklaces...
she also made this sweet little table topper of sweet Winter birds...
I look forward to seeing her in the Spring when I go back to Spokane to visit...

My old neighbor got me hooked on 'penny rugs' and wool felt projects...
I would hit the Thrifts in search of 100% wool garments, bring them home, cut up and launder and then shared the wool with my neighbor... and she would always surprise me with little goodies both handcrafted and baked... oh and did I mention she is a retired Home Ec teacher?...lol!
