I'm still super jealous of all your snow! We have had very minimal this year. I'm sad I haven't been able to take my boys sledding and playing in the snow. What little we get just melts right away. Beautiful pictures!

Krista, we lived in St. George for years. It snowed once and it was crazy. We went up North to Salt Lake in April for camping and there was a white out. lol We are back on the East coast. Right now we have snow moving in tonight with more colder weather.

I have been putting out extra amounts of bird seeds for my lil feathered friends,,,
oh and the bush in front of the red hydrant, nearly split in half from the weight of the snow.

Oh my!! Grace its simply serene and beautiful!!! I miss the snow! We have simi cold weather, rainy but I would rather have cold and snow! Remember spring is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!! Hang in there! :)

Grace, the picture with the bit of red would make a beautiful Christmas card for next year. We put out birdfood in the winter too. We do not in the spring and summer. The bears here love the bird feeders. We are getting very cold weather again her in WV. Had a bit of snow the other day too. My mind is on gardening and wanting to go through all my seed catalogs too getting a small order together. Have fun

We had a lovely break in the weather for a few days,, today was wonderfully sunny... but more snow is on the way,,, so having a break is nice... in the mean time,, Bring it on! we are ready!

and here we are, Feb. 19th and yep,,, snow,, ahh, but we are at 5' degrees,, this morning we were at -9 thanx to the chill factor...lol!
but at least it is pretty to look at from inside the house...

You are right Grace, that kind of snow IS beautiful to look at... from inside!!! *giggle*
After so much cold around here, we are now experiencing weirdly(is a word, yes?) warm temps this week. Today is going to be in the low (70s)!!! I know...crazy, right? Then tomorrow it begins a 5 day rain stretch. All our snow is gone, even the huge piles where road crew piled it on our street corners.
Crazy, crazy weather for February!!

That is cold but very pretty. We had some snow on the hill above us here. Pretty too. That was at maybe 500 feet or higher.

Wow, I am so jealous of everyone who is dealing with snow, here in Southern California we would be so happy if we could get a little rain. It has been a dry winter for us, can someone send some winter down here.
