Of lately, I have been getting notifications of 'subscribed to' Threads/posts.
but here is the clicker,,, I have not 'subscribed' to them...
I will get emails from brand new threads,,, or threads that I have not even viewed..
Any one else experiencing this?

You could have Subscribed To the MAIN HEADING - then you get notices for ALL of the posts/topics under that HEADING. I've had that happen before, too.

Nope, checked that...
I have been getting notifications for threads I have not read or even knew about.
Also I get a lot of notifications that go straight to my junk/spam box with no rhyme or reason... one day I will get a notification of a post. For example; from Krista and it will be in my In Box and the next one from her will end up in my junk/spam box.. yet all from posts notifications.
Computers/Internet technology isn't my cup-o-tea... lol'

As a rule I only subscribe to Threads that are for swaps that I am currently in.
Other wise I get inundated with emails.
Ditto for Facebook, I am careful what I post in... or else, I get slammed with superfluous email notifications ..
And I am to lazy to read them all. Lol!

That's crazy Grace. I haven't had that happen and my guess would have been the same as Linda's. It sounds like maybe your email is on the fritz. Can you go in and unsubscribe to the new subscriptions?

and the funny thing, I got a notification for a comment on your "anyone been or lived in Eurpe' post,, but it was in my spam/junk mail box.
I wonder if my spyware/anti-virus protection is to stringent.. or fussy,,, lol!

Spywhare might throw them in Spam, if there are ore than a certain number of TO names listed, Grace.
