Lowell and I have just purchased a condo. It is located in the city in a neighborhood called Powderhorn Park. This neighborhood is called that because it has a lake that is shaped somewhat like a powder horn. It is a lovely park and we live only steps away from it.

I went there today to take pictures and bring over the first bag of possessions. I have pictures.

Front of the building. The yard is planted with native plants.

This is the living room which faces east.

This is where my sewing room will be.

This is the kitchen and the in unit laundry. How great is that!?

This is the bathroom.

This is the south half of the bedroom.

This is the north half of the bedroom.

This is the view from the back of the building to the front.

I will post more pictures of the park and the condo.

Oh Hooray! That looks like a wonderful place to live. My mom was raised in the St. Paul area within walking distance to Lake Harriet. She took the trolley to town sometimes. Have a great time!

Thank you everyone. I hadn't answered before because I forgot to subscribe to my own thread.

We are moving just enough today to set up a household. It is warm today but not too bad. I hope I don't get into any blood sugar trouble. I am just waiting for the movers.
