Received my MJF Magazine today and there's articles on all the things we talk about - canning, drying, fermenting, freezing, and culturing. Also recipe for making apple cider vinegar. I only scanned the articles so will go back and read them.

I received mine. Unfortunately the mail person left our mailbox door open and it got wet and ruined. Some of the front cover came off and the pages are messed up but I'm letting it dry out. Was my last issue in my subscription so I'll just see if I can but a single copy at TS. Will have to wait to read it.

This was a interesting issue! I always enjoy the many projects and recipes shared in each issue. I still need to sit down and read it more carefully and take it all in.

I just renewed my subscription a few weeks ago. I hope I get this as my first magazine. Very useful.
