Ok,, I attempted to use a round knitting loom , the small blue ring,, to make a wine bottle cozy... turned out kinda flimsy and the bottom where the yarn gathered up made it wonky... so I ripped it out,,, now to go to plan-B... what ever that is.... but fabric will be involved! lol!

Yep - that's the pattern, just a different layout on the pattern.
Uses 63 Yoyos. LOL! Not hard, just time consuming since yoyos seem to be better done by hand and not by machine.

OK,,, I just got antsy,, and made 2 different types of wine bottle covers/deco... one for me and one for my future swap partner..
Now to decide who gets which!!! lol!

OK, got the fabric all picked out today to start working on my thingamagig, also known as a whatchamacallit doohickie, tomorrow. And I think I'll add a thingamabob while I am at it. Perhaps we should make sure to fill the holders with our vino drinkiepoo of choice and meet in person to swap . . . Hahahahahaha . . . . my DH says the stock market is up, so he could probably come up with bail money . . . . all right, I'll go back to my book and easy chair now.

Oh my goodness . . . who started this wine bottle whatchamacallit swap? I don't know whether to hug her or hit her. I am having such a good time with my wonderful Viking embroidery machine. I don't want to take any time away from the project to clean or cook or do any of that mundane stuff. Made a bunch of mistakes on my first "prototype" dress. But I think I have the bugs worked out and, now I am on a roll. Of course the bright, fun fabric really helps the project too. Can't wait to find out who my partner is. Gotta order more of this fabric because everyone I know is getting these things for Christmas presents -- too bad if they don't drink wine, they can stick their juice bottle in it. LOL.
BTW Ms. Katmom, your cocktail cathouse (hmmmmmm) is amazing. If you tell me that you made it, I'm gonna shoot myself. Your kitties seem quite happy with it too.

Jean,, Oh how I wish that martini kat playpen were for my kitty,,, but alas it was a cute photo I found on Pinterest .. lol!
I had shown it to my hubby dearest,, and asked if it was something he could make,, He looked at me like I was brick short of a load... in other words he said, No,, and Heck No!
I need to get a new husband! snorks-n-giggles... (just kidding about a new hubby)... mine is a keeper.
