I am taking yours to PO today! Had some issues too. Had a doctors appointment and my blood pressure was sky high. Needless to say I didn't feel well. . Life happens and as long as we keep in touch with our partners, that's all that matters. If you don't get there today, don't worry about it. Relax, it's all good! XO

Well, reading all these posts, it seems like many of us have been in the same boat this week -- we were just about ready and BOOM life got in the way. My box has been sitting by the door ready to go for several days now, but we have been unable to get out to town to the post office. Hopefully it will be on it's way today.

Becky the post office got your package to me today! I love it! Two pumpkin mug rugs, and two suncatcher kits to paint and two recipes. One for pumpkins cream cheese spread, and another for pumpkin turnovers! I enjoyed your note about why you love autumn so much. I have received the loveliest package from Betty! I just love the pressed leaves, it makes me nostalgic for the time I spent living in the Midwest and east coast! Now I am in southern California so autumn leaves are not quite as abundant, and now I have my very own! :) And the adorable felt pumpkin topper is perfect with my new emery board, thank you for this thoughtful gift! But finally, Betty, you are a poet! Your description of fall is inspiring and takes me directly into your warm home, just beautiful. I've shared it here for everyone to enjoy. Jill, I received your lovely Pumpkin Swap gift box, and I was so pleased ! I love the velvet fruit and they
are now nestled on their little fabric piece atop my kitchen shelf among my other kitcheny-crafty plants and
things. The pumpkin towelettes found their way into the wicker hand-towel basket in the bathroom, the pumpkin
candle is settled on the kitchen windowsill to lend scent and light to the Fall evenings, and I drank the tea.
The pistachios are a welcome treat, can never get enough of them! And I can't wait to try the Pumpkin Bar recipe.
my sweet tooth is looking forward to it. Tried to post a pic of all this bounty, but cannot get it to upload.
