This is the first time I've ever grown Pink Berkeley tomatoes...
Oh my, it is so beautiful!
I plan to have it for lunch tomorrow... Thinly sliced, with sea salt sprinkled on it.


I also have Black Beauty tomatoes, but they are a little slower to ripen..

Gotta love fresh tomatoes...yum!

Well it was pleasantly yummy.. a tad bit soft,,, I would not recommend it for canning..
But sliced up with s bit of sea salt, oh so yummy...

I buy those from the Farmstand down the road. They are a soft tomato.
