I love making Yo-Yos… it keeps my hands busy while watching the idiot box…
My latest project.. a table topper.
Wouldn’t a lovely cactus plant look lovely sitting on this?

Judith, a big vase of Autumn Mums would look good too… and I will use anything as an excuse to go to the Garden Shop!
BTW, the Yo-Yo table topper is on its way to it’s new home.. there is a story behind it… which I will share after the recipient receives it. ;)

Oh my stars . . . It's me! It's me! I am said recipient. I am sew excited. As soon as I clear the rest of the Dog Days Junk Journal swap stuff off my kitchen table, that's where it's going with a milk bottle full of daisies. And, yes, Katmom, I recognized many fabrics. How just too, too wonderful. Thank you so very much dear Farmgirl.

Grace, this latest yo-yo project is gorgeous! I love the colors and the border you added. It would be pretty with anything on it or framed for a nice bedroom picture.

I saw on pinterest, you can make a yo yo flower. You must have your stem with pearl or whatever on the end. Slide your yo yo up to it and most likely stuff it. Then sew seed beads around the top edges. Really different and another use for yo yo's.

At last I have my Junk Journal Swap mess cleaned up and my gorgeous YoYo table topper in place with it's gracing milk bottle of daisies. Doesn't it look great? I am so thrilled with my beautiful gift from Katmom.
