Hello everyone!
It's been a while for me to write because I went on a writer's retreat on my own. To write my book on my life experiences and how God got me through it all. It was so much fun! I didn't have my dog nor kid nor hubby. It was great to walk the beach bare footed and relax. I spent time in prayer to Yeshua/Jesus. And I read a good book on learning to trust again. I also did a bit of crafts too. I edited my writings over and over. I have to say it was strange for me not to have someone to take care of. I looked behind me sometimes looking for a dog to feed. But nope it was all me to take care of. It was different but after 8 days I actually started to enjoy being by myself for a while.
Not saying I didn't miss my dogs and cats and chickees. And of course, my son and hubby. But to not have to pick and clean and cook and anything else. WOW!! it was great. Have any of you ladies done that before?
