I have four more pups to sell, two girls and two boys. This breed is wonderful for guarding your sheep, goats and all other livestock as well as you. They are fiercely loyal even to the death. They are pure Pyrenees though they are not papered. They are the least agressive to humans of all the Guardian breeds, but the UPS man still won't consider coming in the gate....lol. If your looking for a breed that will protect your livestock from preditors, protect your property and family,,, this is it. (Gentle with Children) I have been raising them for 10 years and will continue to the rest of my life. I am asking only $200 per pup, 1/2 of that as a retainer will hold your pup til you can come to get him. No longer than a month please. If you have any questions or would like to see pictures, you can email me at nwamassagedoula@earthlink.net

Blessings to All,
Teri

They sound wonderful. I know that several sheep people around here have used Great Pyrenees with much success. I hope they all find great homes!

I have every confidence they will find good homes Libbie. The only other people we know of that are selling this breed in Colorado is selling theirs for $600 each.. and they are not papered either. A neighbor of mine had to go all the way to Kansas to find her male. I think once people "know" the breed, they would love them as I do.

Thanks for the positive reply Libbie

Blessings,
Teri

Terri,
My name is Paul Crider and I live in Bellevue, Nebraska. I retired not long ago from the Air Force and decided to stick around Offutt Air Force Base, also in Bellevue, Nebraska. I staryed because my daughters were still in high school and I didn't want them to lose their friends and start all over.
Do you still have Pyrenees pups for sale? I am interested in a white female pup, if you have one still. Thanks.

God Bless,
Paul Crider

Paul,
Yes, still have two for sale. I have one male and one female. They will soon be four months old and I was just put an ad in the Durango paper asking $300 per pup as we have put so much food, energy, time and shots into them after four months. They should be gone in no time when the ad comes out in the Durango paper, so let me know if you definately want her. They are sweet dogs and already taking after mom and pop barking at the coyetes. If you'd like to write me at my regular email address (nwamassagedoula@earthlink.net), I can send you pictures. All the money I'm making from my pups this time around are going towards paying off a floor loom I am buying from a gal in Arizona. I spin and weave and am getting started on raising sheep and goats again. This time fiber goats rather than milk goats. By the way... how did you ever find Farm Girl Connection and what inspired you to join??? lol. I just moved from Arkansas to Colorado where I always wanted to be, with my youngest daughter. I am a survivor of domestic violence though he has left me with some long lasting effects. I thought this would be a good place to heal and be far away from my abuser. Anyways... write me at my email addy if your still interested...put something in the subject line so I'll know it's you... everything goes to my spam folder...lol.
The Lord Bless You,
Teri

Teri,
My wife and I discussed it and we would like to buy the female pup. If it won't be a problem for you, I would like to send $200 in the mail to you (cash is better because it does not bounce) and after you get the money in the mail, then My wife and I will bring the other $100 with us when we pick her up. I want to wait till you get the payment before we go, preferably on a weekend. I will wait for your reply. OK.

Sincerely,
Paul Crider

Dear Paul & Wife,
Ok, I can save her for you and will consider her sold as soon as I recieve the retainer in the mail. My mailing address is; P.O. Box 98
Cahone, Colorado 81320

Please send a confirmation that you got this and if I had your email I could do the same when the retainer gets here. Weekends are good for us too.. seems like there's always so much to do during the week.

Be Blessed,
Teri

Teri,
I sent $200 in the mail last night. Probably will get there Tuesday. How would you like us to pick the pup up? If we can send the pup using airlines, I will send money for that, and if not I will drive over. It will take a full day to get there from Bellevue Nebraska, as we live on the extreme west side just before Iowa and you live on the extreme south west corner of Colorado. Let me know how you would like to do this and we will accomadate you. God bless and we will keep in touch. I still have two girls at home and they are excited about the pup. Take care and God bless!
I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, in Him will I trust.

I have only one pup left, a boy. He is now nearly 4 1/2 months old now and as usual with any animal one is raising to sell, the older they get, the more the price goes up. There are additional food, shot and advertising costs that must be compensated for. This last pup is $350, still a reasonable price for pure-bred pyrenees. I have been told that I under priced them to begin with. The last girl left this morning with a wonderful family that drove here from Nebraska. It gets harder to let them go the older they get, they are so sweet and already getting to know their job being raised with mom and dad. The last little boy is lonely without his siblings so he'll get more attention now until he arrives at his new home. We won't have any new pups for a while as we will be building a proper kennel before allowing them to breed again. God Bless.
