I didn't know the flower never wilts either!
HA! I'm no word queen - I feel far from it with my simple vocabulary, but I'll be better from all the words we're going to learn. I signed up for a couple of online dictionary word of the day e-mails and also saved some I found from pinterest for days when I already know the words they choose.

Here's a prime example - I didn't know there was a word for this. I would have just said a wreath of flowers on her head.
anadem [ an-uh-dem ] noun
a wreath or garland of flowers worn on the head
"An anadem is a delicate wreath or garland of flowers worn on the head think of it as nature's tiara. This poetic term has Greek roots and was first recorded in the late 1500s. It's a fitting word for spring!"
