We talked about starting a second book read, by Linda K. Hubalek. Its about the life of a Scandinavian woman's tale of life on the prairie. This takes place in Kansas in the Smoky Valley region of Saline county Kansas from 1868-1888. There are 4 books in this series: Butter in the Well--Prarieblomman--Egg Gravy--Looking Back. Life was hard but interesting in what they went thur to follow their dreams.
