Hey everyone,

Date: May 2-3
Theme: Celebrating Mary Jane

What do we want to do as a henhouse regarding the Farmgirl Jubilee Annual Celebration?

I would suggest that you read up on the posts. Here is the link:

http://www.maryjanesfarm.org/snitz/default.asp?CAT_ID=11

There is also lots of information in the Mary Jane Farm Sister March 2015 Issue

There is a lot going on with this, logos have been created, a badge and a banner swap going on.

Let's get creative as a henhouse!

Thanks Sherry!

One thing we could do as a henhouse is send a Bday card to Mary Jane. Debbie had made the suggestion for her 60th bday, but given this is a Jubilee, why not? Her birthday is May 6.

Any thoughts on that?

Oh this will be fun. It is a wonderful occasion for us to get back to our farmgirl roots!

If you catch up on the Jubilee post, many of our farngirl sisters have come up with some wonderful ideas and shared their creation.

Catch you later!

Is anyone else working on a fairy garden? I've talked to the kids about it, and we have decided to make a fairy farm instead. We have our faries, but need to get to work on the buildings! We found some at Joanns, including a chicken coop, but we decided we wanted to make our own. With popsicle sticks, craft sticks, and some ingenuity, we should be alright... but we will see ;) Hubby is suppose to be working on the actual "garden" part for us this weekend... He is going to make a shallow box for it, so we can put it in our "corner garden." I'll take pictures when it is done!

Shannon, would like to get a fairy garden started but spring has not sprung around here. I'm hoping the weather will warm up by next week. Looking forward to seeing pictures! Cheers!

LOL - I spoke with my brother yesterday, who lives in SD - he had snow on the ground, whereas we were sweating due to the high humidity and upper 80/lower 90 weather! I keep forgetting Spring has not sprung everywhere.

Indeed Shannon! Not sure when spring will show up here! It's been cold for the past few days!

Has anyone thought about the jubilee? Just curious!

Cheers!
