Hey girls!! I've been on here a few times. What has happened to everyone? What's going on? I haven't heard from Daizy in a long time. I know there were some things going on in her life. Maybe things just got hectic. I certainly understand that. So what about the rest of our henhouse? Would love to hear from the rest of you girls!!!

I'm doing well. Just been busy bringing in some harvest from mine and my parents gardens. Mine still has sweet potatoes planted but I can't harvest them until the leaves turn black. That's usually after the first frost. Hope you are doing well, also!! It's a shame that everyone disappeared off of the Poor House Chapter.

I'm doing well too :) Getting ready for the back to school routine - just have to harvest pears and apples and I'm all done. It is a shame that everyone has disappeared.
I went to the minnesota State fair today with my sister this morning. So much fun. Its great because we usually split things so not too many calories, kind of. The only other thing I bought was a seam ripper and some fat quarters of fabric. One of the quilt shops has a booth in the market area so that was fun. Back to work tomorrow, unfortunately... I have more fun things I would like to do but I need to fund my habits.
This has been an exceptionally challenging year for my family with my husband's health and now with me being unemployed (and the only one bringing in an income until now). PHF/MJF has just not been very high on my list of priorities for a long while.
