I just wanted to post here that MaryJane has offered to give away a copy of her Milk Cow Kitchen in celebration of June as National Dairy Month. I have posted the opportunity to sign up over on the main Chatroom if you would like to participate.
Heather Neeper, ndairy, is hosting a National Dairy month swap too. We did it last year and it was lots of fun. I know I enjoy dairy products in my diet and rarely think about celebrating dairy farmers. It is a lot of hard work to run a dairy farm and I think it is a great idea to recognize their contributions to our country!

Thanks for the reminder Winnie! I did Heather's swap last year! I have her book a signed copy from her shop. Love it! I don't have cows but I learned a lot!! love the recipes!

Thanks for posting this Winnie. I do have her book and it's the next best thing to actually owning cows! lol I love that book!
